          Modern juvenile justice system in Kentucky is nothing like boys camps of the past

          Kentucky's system for juvenile offenders, by most accounts, has undergone a remarkable transformation from the boys camps of past decades that were plagued by repeated allegations of abuse and mistreatment of youths.
